Diclofenac diethylamine is a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) right to the point of pain used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. It works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Linseed oil is derived from the seeds of the flax plant used as a natural remedy to relieve pain, inflammation, and stiffness associated with various types of joint and muscle pain. Menthol is known as a counterirritant. It works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. These feelings on the skin distract you from feeling the aches/pains deeper in your muscles and joints. It is used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (such as arthritis, backache, sprains). Methyl salicylate is a topical counter-irritant used for the symptomatic relief of acute musculoskeletal pain in the muscles, joints, and tendons. Capsaicin is a chili pepper extract, genus Capsicum, with analgesic properties used to help relieve a certain type of pain known as neuralgia (shooting or burning pain in the nerves), relieve minor pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis or muscle sprains and strains.
